Consultation appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance and can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 1 hour before the scheduled time at https://www.ocdstrings.com/account/sessions. You will be called at the phone number provided at your scheduled time. If you are unreachable the appointment will be cancelled and cannot be refunded.
