Service Description

The Personalized Competition Calendar is a digital subscription service that allows an eligible member to create and maintain up to three personalized calendar feeds. Calendars may be filtered by available criteria such as archery organization, discipline, event level, and state and may be added to compatible third-party calendar applications.

 

The three-calendar limit applies to each member account, including calendars that may have been shared with or added to multiple devices or applications.

Calendar Data and Accuracy

Calendar information is collected from third-party archery organizations, event organizers, and other sources. OCD Strings does not control those sources and cannot guarantee that every event will be included or that event dates, locations, registration availability, fees, or other details will always be complete, current, or accurate.

 

Subscribers are responsible for confirming all important information directly with the event organizer before traveling, registering, or making purchases or other commitments.

Third-party calendar applications control how frequently they refresh subscribed calendars. Updates may therefore be delayed, cached, or displayed differently in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, or another application. OCD Strings does not guarantee compatibility with every calendar application or device.

Free Trial, Charges, and Automatic Renewal

Eligible customers who select “Start Free Trial” receive a seven-day free trial. Unless the subscription is canceled before the trial ends, the payment method provided at enrollment will be charged $15 for the first annual subscription term.

 

Customers who purchase the subscription without starting a free trial will be charged when the purchase is completed.

 

After the initial paid term, the subscription automatically renews annually at $15 per year, plus any applicable taxes, until canceled. If the subscription price changes, notice will be provided before the change applies to a future renewal.

 

Required renewal and billing notices will be provided in accordance with applicable law.

 

Cancellation

A subscriber may cancel through the Subscriptions section of their OCD Strings member account. Cancellation prevents the next automatic renewal. The cancellation effective date and remaining access period shown during the Wix cancellation process will control.

 

Deleting a calendar from a device or calendar application does not cancel the paid subscription.

 

Refunds

Payments are generally nonrefundable after a free trial ends, except where required by law, in cases of duplicate or incorrect billing, or as otherwise stated in these terms.

If OCD Strings terminates a paid subscription for a reason other than fraud, unlawful activity, deliberate misuse, or a material violation of these terms, OCD Strings will cancel future renewal and refund the subscriber’s most recent annual subscription payment.

Account and Calendar-Link Security

Calendar feed links are personalized and should be treated as private. Anyone who obtains a feed link may be able to view the events contained in that calendar without signing in.

​

Subscribers may use their calendars on their own compatible devices and applications but may not publish, resell, sublicense, or distribute personalized feed links as a substitute for another person’s subscription. Subscribers should contact OCD Strings if they believe a link has been exposed or used without authorization.

Suspension and Termination

OCD Strings may suspend or terminate access for fraud, unlawful activity, attempted interference with the service, circumvention of access restrictions, public distribution or resale of personalized calendar links, threats or harassment, or another material violation of these terms.

Where reasonably practicable, OCD Strings will notify the subscriber of the reason and provide an opportunity to contact us about a possible error. Suspension or termination may cause existing calendar feeds to stop returning events.

 

If paid access is terminated, automatic renewal will be canceled and the refund provisions above will apply. Complimentary or manually granted access may be withdrawn at any time and is not eligible for a refund because no subscription payment was collected.

Availability and Changes

OCD Strings may perform maintenance or make reasonable changes to calendar sources, filters, features, and supported applications. The service may occasionally be interrupted or unavailable. OCD Strings does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

​

We will provide reasonable notice before making a material change that substantially reduces a paid subscriber’s service during the current paid term.
