Scheduling: Can be scheduled up to 30 days in advance and no less than 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellation: Coaching sessions can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at https://www.ocdstrings.com/account/sessions. Cancellations after this time cannot be refunded unless it is due to emergency or illness.
